WPC PE profile machine
This project adopts recycled plastic (PE, PP, PS, ABS) and plant fiber (wood, rice husk, bamboo)
as main raw material (more than90%) to produce outdoor landscape WPC products.
Application:
Pallet,decking, corridor, pavilion, fencing, flower box, outdoor furniture, siding and wall cladding.
Raw Material:
Wood powder(20-100 mesh),
Recycled PP/PE(granule or flakes),lubricant(interior and exterior),color master batch,coupling agent, antioxidant, anti-ultraviolet, and etc.
Production Process:
Weighing – Heat Mixing – WPC Pellets Prodcution – WPC Profiles Production—Surface Treatment – Crush and recycle
